Dear Millburn Middle School Families,

I am honored and excited to introduce myself as the Interim Principal of Millburn Middle School. My goal is to provide stability and support to students, staff, and parents over the next six months as the district hires a permanent middle school principal.

I bring over three decades of experience in education as a classroom teacher and administrator at both the elementary and secondary school levels. I retired from Montclair Public Schools, where I spent many years as principal of Buzz Aldrin Middle School, a STEM magnet school. Since my retirement in 2021, I held interim positions in both Westfield and Princeton, and I also enjoyed time mentoring student teachers at Montclair State University. I am thrilled to join the Millburn Public Schools as the educational leader of an outstanding middle school. I am dedicated to ensuring the continuity of your children's excellent educational foundation.

During the past week, I spent valuable time with Mr. Connolly to learn more about Millburn Middle School and to help ensure a seamless transition. We will continue working together as I meet with staff, parents, and of course, the amazing Millburn Middle School students!
